Desh Saxena

Desh Saxena is an independent rock musician, songwriter, and producer. He has released two albums, an EP, and multiple singles across various projects, all independently. He is currently developing his solo career and starting a new band, The Billings.

Desh is a student on the prestigious Music and Sound Recording (Tonmeister) BSc at the University of Surrey, where he studies the relationship between mathematics, engineering physics, and music. His training spans harmony, acoustics, coding, and hands-on studio work, regularly assisting on professional recording sessions.

A multi-instrumentalist performing guitar and vocals to diploma level, Desh has qualifications in music production, A-level Physics, Mathematics, and Music. He has produced and released 100 songs in 100 days and has performed at venues around the world, including the Royal Albert Hall. In 2025, Desh released 6 songs, and wrote over 100.
